Can I text photos ahead of a visit?
Not yet. We don't have a texting line set up. If you want to show us something before we arrive, mention it on the call and the tech will look at it in person within minutes of walking in.
Will you bill my insurance company directly?
No. We invoice you, and you submit that invoice along with our moisture logs and photos to your carrier for reimbursement. We write the documentation the way adjusters actually read it, but the direct payment relationship stays between you and your insurer.
